Mike Yeager, one of the founders and owners of Resolutions Health Alliance, P.A., has a background that consists of undergraduate studies in Social Work and Psychology. His first graduate degree is a Master’s degree in Psychology, and his second graduate degree is a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. He is a Board Certified Mental Health Professional and an Addictions Professional in the State of Florida, and has earned national certification through the Family Development Institute in Nurturing Parenting (Parent-Child) facilitation. Mr. Yeager received national certification in the specialization of sexual offender treatment through the American College of Forensic Counselors. He is in his candidate status for his PhD in Psychology, with areas of focus being family systems and trauma based clinical services. Mr. Yeager also received certifications through the State of Tennessee in Behavioral Modification, Management and Support, and the Administration of Psychotropic Medications. He is a member of the Forensics Counselors Association and is affiliated with many different programs at RHA, to include Quality Assurance and Clinical Director of Substance Abuse Services.
Meredith Evans, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, has been employed with RHA since 2008. She has worked in the field of mental health for 25 years in a wide range of capacities, providing services to children, adults and families in inpatient, outpatient, in-home, school and community settings. She currently holds the position of Children’s services Program Director. Her experience includes extensive clinical work with child trauma survivors, anxiety, mood and behavioral disorders, and other disorders of childhood. Meredith has provided clinical group services for Victims of domestic violence, adult victims of incest, grief and loss, depression, intensive parenting education to family’s involved with department of children and families, children’s anger management and impulse regulation groups. Ms. Evans provides professional training and consultative services to preschool, elementary and high school teachers regarding developmental expectations and effective behavior management. Ms. Evans earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a concentration in psychobiology, from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She obtained her Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Counseling, with post-masters specialization in Behavioral Analysis. Additionally, Ms. Evans maintains a Florida license in education with a specialization in exceptional student education, providing rigorous behavior analytic services to students with significant emotional and behavioral disturbances in a self-contained school based setting.
Tish Bonner is a Program Manager for Resolutions Health Alliance, P.A. She received her Psychology degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. Tish is also a Certified Batterers Intervention Program Facilitator as well as a Certified Parenting Program Instructor. She has over 25 years of experience working in the field of Mental Health and Child Welfare. Tish has been employed with Resolutions Health Alliance, P.A. since 2005, during this time she has instructed parenting classes, domestic violence classes, anger management classes, completes substance abuse assessments for our Substance Abuse Program, and manages our Adult Rehabilitation Program.
Natalie Miller is a Master's Level Clinician and Registered Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing individual and group outpatient counseling services. She has been employed with R.H.A. since 2009 and performs duties associated with multiple programs. Natalie is the In-Home Services Program Manager and Supervisor for Family Connections Program in the provision of psycho-educational, clinical, and case management services in clients' homes as requested by the Partnership for Strong Families. This staff member conducts assessments and provides sessions for the Women's Aggression Group and Anger Management Program. She is a State of Florida Certified Batterers Intervention Facilitator and Certified Nurturing Parenting Instructor. Natalie also provides Substance Abuse Program services. This staff member also serves as a liaison to the courts and multiple community agencies.
Kortney Tomlinson graduated with a Master of Arts in Psychology and Conflict Management in 2013, with specific training in child development throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies. She is a certified Life Coach, with emphasis on group facilitation and mindfulness practices. She began working at RHA in February, 2014. She most enjoy the heart and intention of the company revolving around personal growth and betterment for every individual who crosses paths with RHA. The values of the company stretch its employees and clients past their comfort zone to encourage personally meaningful evolution toward a happier, healthier existence.
